Recently the United States Supreme Court (USSC) the highest court in the nation has been issuing ruling on the right of an accused person to meaningfully confront an accuser and all witnesses against them. The case is New Mexico v. Bullcoming. The right is entrenched in the United States Constitution as well as each state Constitution. The most recent ruling has a significant impact on DUI cases where blood is drawn and analysed for alcohol content as well as breath samples.
