From I-5 take the Meridian exit. From Southbound I-5, turn left off the exit and then right onto Meridian. From Northbound I-5, turn left from exit ramp onto Meridian. Turn right at the second stoplight onto Squalicum and follow it around to Bellwether Way. Right on Bellwether Way and a right at building 21 (look for the Bellwether Gate sign).

In a previous life Carrie spent 8 years working for a local Whatcom county attorney as a nanny for her and the family of 5. As Legal Assistant to Jonathan Rands, Carrie is responsible for most client and office needs in support of Jonathan. Carrie has been with Jonathan since he started his own practice, and has worked closely with Jonathan daily on every case. As a result, Carrie is exceptionally well educated as to the various County Court systems Jonathan practices in.
Carrie is dedicated to keeping our clients informed of court dates, obligations, and also in assisting each and every clients with any and all DUI case related needs, assistance and information to help clients schedule alcohol evaluations, related classes, legal procedural questions, and above all provide moral support. Carrie enables Jonathan to stay focused on client and court schedules, she monitors all client court appearances, office appointments and the entire DOL process.
Among other her other important duties, is your Department of Licensing scheduling and needs. Carrie deals with each and every client Department Of Licensing Hearings. These are time sensitive and require rearranging Jonathan Rands' schedule to accommodate each client's hearing. Carrie works alongside Jonathan as they team up to build, maintain, a client’s file and manage their needs through out representation.
